Orders
How orders are shipped, and what happens when something is wrong or no longer wanted. Updated November 2026.
Print books are shipped from Canada. The shipping cost and the delivery estimate for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.
If a parcel has not arrived within the estimate, write to us with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier. A parcel confirmed lost is replaced or refunded.
You may return a print book in unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of its price. Write to us first with your order number; we will tell you where to send it. Return postage is yours to pay unless the book was faulty or we sent the wrong one.
A book that arrives damaged or misprinted is replaced at no cost. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with a photograph of the fault.
Once a digital edition has been downloaded, the sale is final: digital content cannot be returned or refunded.
If a file is faulty, write to us and we will send you a working copy.
Press Circle memberships are paid annually and are not refundable. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the year already paid.
We remind you by email before a membership renews.
Refunds go back to the original method of payment once the return is received or the request approved. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to show it.
